Orders & shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 working days. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

What does shipping cost?

49 DKK within Denmark and 130 DKK (approx. €18) within the EU. Free shipping on Danish orders over 999 DKK and on EU orders over 1,500 DKK (approx. €200).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship across the EU.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email contact@yusun.dk as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped, we will gladly amend it.

Will sold-out styles come back?

Our styles are produced in limited quantities. Some return, most do not. Join our list to be notified first.

Returns

How do I return an item?

Email contact@yusun.dk with your order number within 14 days of receiving your order. We will send you the return address.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the item within 14 days and place a new order.

Who pays for return shipping?

You do, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered.

When will I receive my refund?

No later than 14 days after we receive your return or proof that it has been sent.

Product & care

Which size should I choose?

Every style has a size guide with measurements for that specific garment. If you are unsure, write to us, we are happy to help.

How do I care for my YUSUN piece?

Always follow the care instructions on the garment label. Knitwear should be hand washed or washed on a delicate cycle at low temperature and dried flat.

How do I get in touch?
