Refund policy

14-day right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from your purchase. If your order is delivered in several shipments, the period runs from the day you receive the final item.

How to return

• Email contact@yusun.dk with your order number within 14 days.
• You will receive a confirmation and our return address.
• Send the item back no later than 14 days after notifying us.
• Pack the item securely, preferably in its original packaging.
• You may also use the standard withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but it is not required.

Condition of the item

You are welcome to try the item on the way you would in a physical store. If the item is handled beyond this, it is considered used, and you are liable for any resulting decrease in its value. In some cases this may mean no refund is given.

All tags and labels must be attached. Items must not be washed, worn, or carry the smell of perfume, smoke or deodorant.

Return costs

You cover the cost of return shipping. We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery or without prior agreement.

Refunds

We refund your payment no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or you have provided proof that it has been sent.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We also refund the standard delivery cost you paid at checkout.
