What we collect

When you order: name, address, email, phone number, order details and payment information.
When you sign up for our newsletter or waitlist: email address.
When you visit the site: IP address, browser type, device and on-site behaviour via cookies.

Purpose and legal basis

Processing your order — necessary to perform our contract with you (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).

Accounting and bookkeeping — legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c)). Danish bookkeeping law requires us to retain accounting records for 5 years.

Newsletter and marketing — your consent (art. 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw consent at any time.

Analytics and site improvement — legitimate interest or consent, depending on the type of cookie.

Sharing your data

We only share data with the processors required to run our business: payment provider, carrier, email platform, hosting provider and analytics tools. We never sell your data.

Some of our providers are located outside the EU/EEA. In those cases, transfers are made on the basis of the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another valid transfer mechanism.

Retention

Order data is retained for 5 years from the end of the financial year the purchase relates to. Newsletter data is deleted when you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data. You also have the right to restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing.
