Preorder items are not in stock at the time of purchase. Your order is placed in production and shipped once it arrives at our studio in Copenhagen.

Estimated dispatch is stated on each product page. We ship as soon as the piece is ready, and we will contact you if the date changes.

Payment is taken at the time of order. This secures your piece and your place in the queue.

If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, the full order ships together once all pieces are ready. Contact us at contact@yusun.dk if you prefer split shipping.

Preorders are covered by the same terms as all other YUSUN pieces. Your 14-day right of withdrawal begins on the day you receive your order.

Production timelines can shift. If dispatch is delayed beyond the stated date, we will notify you by email.
