Prices

All prices are listed in Danish kroner (DKK) including 25% VAT. Shipping costs are added at checkout and shown clearly before you confirm your order.

We reserve the right to change prices and to correct obvious pricing or typographical errors. In the event of an obvious error, we are not obliged to deliver at the incorrect price.

Payment

We accept: Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, Apple Pay.

Your card is charged when the order is shipped. We do not add any card fees.

Order confirmation

A binding agreement is made once you receive an order confirmation by email. The confirmation is sent automatically to the address you provided at checkout.

All YUSUN styles are produced in limited quantities. In the unlikely event that an item sells out after your order is placed, we will contact you as soon as possible and refund the full amount.

Delivery

We ship with GLS. Estimated delivery is 2–4 working days in Denmark, 3–7 working days in the rest of the EU.

EU: 130 DKK
Free shipping on orders over 999 DKK

Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. See our Return and refund policy for full details.

Right of complaint (warranty)

Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act you have a 2-year right of complaint. This covers manufacturing and material defects present at the time of delivery.

It does not cover faults, damage or wear caused by incorrect use, lack of care, or normal wear and tear. Always follow the care instructions on the garment label.

You must notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. A complaint made within two months is always considered timely.

Email contact@yusun.dk with your order number and photos of the defect. If the complaint is justified, we will reimburse your reasonable shipping costs.
